Print-on-Demand Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our print-on-demand service, each book you order is printed specifically to fulfill your request. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and printed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns, if you receive a book that is damaged or different from the one you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to provide a replacement copy or offer a full refund for the affected item.

Refund Process

Reach out to our customer service team via email, detailing the issue and including any relevant photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Upon verification of your claim, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so as quickly as possible. Due to the print-on-demand nature of our service, orders that have already been sent to print cannot be canceled or refunded.
